My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I rest when my body tells me too
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
After having neck surgery in 2009..... I started Crossfit to get back I shape and reach some personal goals...... Along the way of reaching those goals. I have set some new ones and doing things I only dreamed about when I hurt my neck!!!! It's pretty awesome what you can do when you push yourself and train for something!!
