Just getting back into Crossfit after an injury last spring and loving it! Excited to be back, but need to re-establish Benchmarks. Signing up for the Open for the experience and who doesn't love a little competition!?
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Currently doing the Paleo Challenge and have been eating strict, but I do have 1 cheat day a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I will also start running regularly again and will soon be training for a mini triathlon, Warrior Dash and Spartan Race this summer and fall.
My Athletic Background
Played a lot of team sports up until 7th grade when I gained a lot of weight. Been working on getting all off since college and am about 50lbs lighter now! I am very active with hiking, mountain biking (I mentor young girls in the summer through Little Bellas), kayak, rock climb and started running about 3 years ago. I've completed a handful of 5ks, two 10ks, a half marathon, a Warrior Dash and 8+ miles of the Tough Mudder before the Monkey Bars took me out. I'm excited to add the Crossfit Open to my list of accomplishments.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I usually only do one Crossfit workout per day, but on my days off I am active outdoors.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Started OnRamp February 2012 and did Crossfit from then until the end of April. Started again at the end of September, but really started again in December 2012.
