How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
For the past couple of months I've been eating about 80 to 90 percent Paleo
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I did very little with fitness until I was in my 40s, when I first joined a gym. Since then, I've worked with trainers, run, bicycled, hiked, and have done CrossFit consistently for 2 years.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My son opened Boise CrossFit and I signed up.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I go to CrossFit three days a week and do other fitness stuff (mostly cardio) 1 or 2 days a week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Initially it was sporadic, but I've now been a regular at Boise Crossfit for over two years.
