My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I did very little with sports or fitness until I was in my 40s, when I first joined a gym. Since then, I've worked with trainers, run, bicycled, hiked, and have done CrossFit consistently for 3 years. In the past year, I had some medical issues, but I'm slowly getting back up to speed.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My son opened a CrossFit affiliate several years ago and I signed up. Since then I have worked out at several different affiliates and am now at CrossFit Acclaim in Boise.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I go to CrossFit three to five days a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Initially it was sporadic, but I've now been a regular at Boise Crossfit for over three years.
