How I Eat

Im a paleo bandit, meaning I eat like a caveman with benefits. I shot a few whitetail deer last fall so that filled up my freezer for a while. I wish I could hunt more often. I eat a healthy breakfast first thing in the am Banana-almonds- dates- water Work out- Protein shake 4 toast with cream cheese and acocado

How I Train

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

I do what ever I want, really I've been doing this longer than most coaches I met. I know my body well enough but still love going to affiliates to meet people I don't like working out in gyms because I have a free gym on base. Got rogue a couple years ago since crossfit was dropped from Canadian army bases. Tac fi Train outside in the rain. No pain no gain A bit of sealfit here and there Crossfit Running I don't care what it is. I love moving around and getting sweaty

My Athletic Background

I play golf. And I'm actually good lol Oh don't forget curling I skydive, scuba, snowboard, skateboard also love mountain biking I do alot more more stuff too. I Love firearms

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

Yeah. Started sealfit with my brother in 2007- ever since I've done a variation of everything. Was a coach at Kandahar crossfit for 5 months. Just love coaching my friends but never have time with the army career

I usually only do 1 workout a day
