How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I train at least 5 days a week and try to do one day with two work outs involved. Balancing work and training is quite hard some days and I am not a fan of getting up at 5 in the morning to get that extra training in. HAHAHA

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

Crossfit has changed my life in the aspect of it helped me find myself again. I have always been atheletic and competitive, that has driven me to be the best at what I do in my field of work but some where along the way I lost who I was and became very unhappy with my life and myself. Crossfit has brought that joy and peace of mind back to me and for that I will always be thankful for it.
