How I Eat
Tried Paleo but couldn't pack on mass. so, i just eat 6 large portions of protein a day. mixed in with complex carbs for two of the meals. cheat day once a week. and ice cream every night.

My Experience With CrossFit
I started Crossfit because my older brother had told me to a few years back when he was getting into it. he opened a military affiliate in germany and that got me inspired. i was pretty nervous walking into the box here in vegas but everyone was amazing from the beginning. through crossfit i have revamped my life and my body feels better than it did when i was 20. im physically and mentally stronger than ever!
