I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
The only food I measure is the amount of oreos I eat and I measure them by the row.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
-3 years of gymnastics -2.5 years weightlifting -6 years of track and field -4 years of skateboarding
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I wanted something new and this is something that I always wanted to be apart of! Its tough and it pushes my body to a new level everyday.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
