My Athletic Background
I played college sports
Tried to be an athlete most my life, but have been hindered by injuries. Rowed in college and have a background in track and volleyball.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
When I started I could barely walk during a recovery from an ankle injury. What I am able to physically accomplish now (even with currently healing from knee surgery) is amazing and it is all due to Crossfit!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
Keep to a 5x week morning workout schedule and add a strength class at night when schedule allows. Usually once a week.
