How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Paleo since August of 2010 (went from 210 to the 180s) but I love me some cheeseburger & fries! I also dip my sushi in soy sauce (the horror!) I still drink beer
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
The only non-crossfit workouts I do is go for a run, go snowboarding, or play soccer. I enjoy events like Tough Mudder

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started in Dec 2008 and was out of shape and weighed 227. By Summer of 2010 I was down to 210, but had "plateaued" with my weight, so I decided to try eating Paleo. That got me down in the 180s, and my crossfit game has improved steadily.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I go a minimum of 3, but usually 4-5 times per week, depending on my work schedule and family commitments.
