Bio

I'm a physical therapist with a CrossFit habit. A college gymnast and heptathlete in my former life, originally from TN and now living in sunny Naples, FL. My other interests are a good glass of vino, sweet potato fries, the beach, and music... not necessarily in that order. I write a blog www.talayna.com and my sponsors are Reebok, Kill Cliff, and RSP Nutrition.
