I'm a physical therapist with a CrossFit habit. A college gymnast and heptathlete in my former life, originally from TN and now living in sunny Naples, FL. My other interests are a good glass of vino, sweet potato fries, the beach, and music... not necessarily in that order. How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to keep it clean on weekdays. Sometimes I count Macros.
