As you can see I hold the world record in the following categories: - 400m - 5000m - Snatch - Clean and Jerk - Deadlift - Backsquat Its safe to say I am the fittest on earth. I will be competing in the Crossfit open at a very mediocre pace and effort level so that I do not embarrass the other athletes that work so hard all year at it.
How I Eat
I travel thoughout the deep bush of Northern Ontario and the Amazons of Brazil searching for the leanest protein available. Upon taking my Moose or Python unassisted with anything but my bare hands, I prepare, clean, and consume the animal on the spot. I have eaten an entire moose in one sitting. It was my afternoon snack.
How I Train
When I feel like getting my sweat on I typically take a light jog from Toronto to Sao Paulo and back. Takes mes about 2 hours. My typical morning row is Toronto to London. When I look for moving weight around I take a firm grip of the San Adreas fault line and hold it together for periods of 2-3 weeks.

I wouldn't say I have any athletic ability whatsoever.
