How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
Lean protein. Grassfed whey. Nut. Berries or Granny Smith apples for fruit. No dairy or gluten. As many veggies as my tummy will hold. Everyday. I dont eat inferior processed foods...ever. When I travel my food goes with me or I hit up the Whole Foods or Eat Well Guide to figure out where to get my food at. I def care about the quality of food I put into my body.
How I Train
I write my own programming
6 days/wk. CrossFit Strength and Endurance 5 days/wk. Skill work 2 days/wk. 1 day of Active rest....usually go for a bike ride or run.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Um....CrossFit is my sport. Before CrossFit I had zero athletic background, conditioning, or training.
