My Work/Rest Schedule
typically 3-5 days per week 1-2 workouts per day depending on my work schedule I do concrete work which helps me get stronger but also takes alot out of me esp in summer. Its a lil bit tricky balancing the two. Ive experimented with OUtlaw Way and recently attended Gayle Hatch Weightlifting seminar and plan on encorporating their programing into my training.
