I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I train other people
I began CrossFit in my garage about 6 years ago and tried learning the movements from crossfit.com. I incorporated some of the WOD's into my "regular" globo gym workouts. I wasn't getting the results I wanted and was getting too big. I jumped all in February 2012 and started training at CrossFit 801. I dropped 30 lbs and my fitness level has increased greatly. I am a better, stronger person and police officer because of CrossFit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off
