How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat Paleo about 85-90% of the time with a cheat meal on Saturdays and I have dairy once a day.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
Have a small athletic backround in Football and Wrestling in High School.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days

Been Crossfitting since August 2011 and have loved it everyday since.
