How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat as strict paleo as I can get on a budget and filled day. Love it and feel great.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

Actually began with my brother, in his garage, with Murph. I have now been training as a level 1 for coming onto 5 years.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
3 days on 1 days off 2 days on 1 day off.
