How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
partial Paleo/Whole 30...try to eat the best I can with the choices at hand.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
3 times a week plus Team WOD on Saturdays when work allows
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I come from the era of limited/no organized sports for girls in high school. Competed in intramural sports in college as well as college rodeo. 20 years of organized bike riding-RAGBRAI, Ride the Rockies,etc. Knee replacement limits my range of motion but working around it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Although I can be convinced to do a 2nd workout some days:-))
