How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Eat clean all week, lots of sweet potatoes. Saturdays and Sundays I go hard on whatever I want.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Work on weaknesses as much as I can.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
High School football, baseball, and pole vault. Wakeboard, Snowboard, Golf, and Bat mitten when I get the chance.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
Been the owner of Ragin' CrossFit for 3 1/2 years. Started CrossFitting in December 2009 and never looked back once. I push myself to the absolute max every day.
