Cross Country, Wrestling, and Track. All in High School.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started at Motor City Crossfit, now at Crossfit Maven. Both are Suburban Metro Detroit gyms.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I try and get to the gym 4-5 days a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started just after Thanksgiving 2010, been going ever since.
