Is it time for the open already? Well here comes pain, suffering, excitement, and fear. I love Crossfit and while I doubt I will ever make regionals I love competing worldwide in such an awesome event. Bring it on 2014!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat based off the Perfect Health Diet. It is pretty much Paleo but adds in safe starches (rice and potatoes).
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
Ski 1-2 days a week in winter. Mountain bike in warm months and hike once a week when snow is gone.
