I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I was a power tumbler, high school, college and all-star/professional cheerleader.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work 24 hr shifts every third day and on days I work I usually don't workout.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
I started CrossFit in September 2012.
