I played college sports
Play soccer and football my entire life. Played football at the University of Arizona from 04-08, lettering during the 07,08 seasons.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I work 45-50 hrs per week. This allows for only one time to train per day. I am very proud of my self when if comes to being able to compete with other Crossfit athletes who are full time trainers and have the ability to train/ rest/ eat properly throughout the day.
