How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I keep a clean diet. Its geared towards a Carb Backloading type diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played baseball in highschool. That was the only sport i spent any time in.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I am forced to do physical training in the mornings with the military 5 days a week. I like to count that as workout one each day.
