I started out as a powerlifter. Made Elite in 3 weight classes. Switched to bodybuilding in early 90's. Won several national championships in the lightweight class. I earned my pro card in 2004. I then retired from bodybuilding and did some powerlifting meets and pump and runs just to compete. I found cross fit 3 years ago and have been hooked ever since.

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
