How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Luckily we live in an area where there is always locally fresh, quality foods available. I love to eat and try to keep my sugar intake to a minimum, but consider chocolate to be the fourth food group:)
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I'm a gym manager at CF Hood River and train with other competitors at our gym. I train 5 days a week.
