How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to do the zone diet as good as possible.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I train 5 days a week, and try to keep a log of my workouts.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Since I was about 5 years old I started with Tae Kwon Do after getting my black belt I strated playing golf and training box ocasionally at my house with a local boxing champ this is at about age 12. Highschool footbal wide reciever. In college I boxed 1 year did Judo 1 year Muay Thai 2 years. after that just regular running and P90X with very light weight. Mountain biking ocasianally. I have been crossfiting for 7 months and I'm going to keep at it.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Crossfit has brought a new motivation to my life and an answer to a question that I have asked myself since the birth of my son; How can I make sure that I live as long as possible in order to see him and even his kids grow up? Next step is getting my wife as motivated as I am.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
