How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Not a huge fan or beliver in LCHF, Atkins, Paleo or whatever strict form of eating that put you in a jar of limited living. But of course I understand that some people making good benefits when it comes to health and progress in training out of what they belive in, so, if it´s good for you, eat it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I lift weights, I put them down, I compare with me, myself and I.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Tennis, Soccer, Rugby,
