I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Well pretty strict. Have to live life.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I quasi crossfitted for 4 years off and on at lifetime. Couldn't properly do oly lifts or had right equipment. Picked and choose workouts. Got serious September '12 and started going to box 4-5 days week.

I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I have 2 degenerative disk in my lower back and had 7 episode where my disk came out and I could not walk for a week. Crossfit has enabled me to build my core so that I now can live life to the fullest. I am in the best shape of my life at 43.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Starting to add crossfit endurance training to increase cardio 3x week in addition to daily wod
