After attending law school for one year Basel decided to drop out and follow his dream and true passion which is sports. Graduated from the University of Jordan, faculty of physical education in 2010, where he participated heavily in competitive boxing, playing for the University of Jordan multiple championships. Basel’s passion for sport and competition started from a young age participating in whatever sport activity available. As a young kid living under occupation, nature and wilderness; Basel’s number one choice to play, run, crawl, hang, swim and getting dirty as an everyday obsession. In 2012 Basel had the opportunity to travel to the UK and join a master’s program in Sports Therapy in the Leeds Becket University. Basel has chosen to tackle Crossfit as a dissertation topic “Crossfit training and its effect on psychological resilience”. The MA year gave Basel a chance to expose his physical skills to a new experience in Crossfit Leeds, where he had the opportunity to improve his capabilities, learn more, get the level 1 Crossfit certificate and compete in different cities within the UK. When the UK trip got to end, Basel went back home, decided to invest in his skills and to establish his own business. Pal-fit is our pride our story and what defines me and my team as coaches and educators. At Pal-Fit our mission is not only to hold world class coaching, but also to educate our community and members in the field of nutrition, health and life time fitness. We want our community to excel and better its previous generation, we want them to be faster stronger and healthier.
