How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Not sure what a full cheat meal is but I am not a dietician but I don't gorge myself either...
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I love my gym/ box whatever you call it.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I regularly play recreational sports

I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I am not "there" yet but I see the future and it's bright.
