I discovered Crossfit in October 2011 and have been addicted ever since. I was never athletic before joining Crossfit King of the Beach, and I am constantly amazed by what hard work and dedication can do to improve you.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat Paleo at every meal, but am happy if 80% of my weekly meals are strict Paleo. I go through phases of strict Paleo, and always feel better - both mentally and physically - when I do.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I've been WOD'ing at Crossfit King of the Beach and Crossfit King of Island Park since discovering Crossfit in October 2011.
