Bio

Cross fit has become a way of life for me for me. This February marks a 3 year journey for me. Attending the games in 2013 was a huge blessing in my life and my goal is to attend the games again in 2015. I am very grateful for my two long term coaches and best friends, Jonathan Jorgenson and Ben Green. Good luck to all the athletes.
