I played youth or high school level sports
Competed at district and national level for high-diving, Rowed in a cornish gig team at the world championships on the Isles of Scilly
My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My boyrfriend introduced me to CrossFit and we trained together in regular gyms and then he introduced me Crossfit 3D in Manchester.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I train 2 days on, 1 day off and vary the quantity of wods.
