I eat good clean food that comes from sustainable sources. I eat what I need to fuel me properly for my training.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

My boyrfriend introduced me to CrossFit and we trained together in regular gyms and then he introduced me Crossfit 3D in Manchester.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I strictly schedule my rest days

I train 2 days on, 1 day off and vary the quantity of wods.
