How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I write my own programming

I record my workouts

I write some of my programming (based on my weaknesses), but also incorporate Strongman and strength training with the help of Shawn Schumaker, Olympic Lifting with Mike Cerbus, and I also follow Power and Grace Performance with Spencer Arnold

Grew up playing soccer and softball...played basketball and ran track in high school. Also competed in figure/bodybuilding for a little while after college.
