A athlete's mind in a non-athlete's body. This year marks the turning point where I have decided that if I wasn't born a genetically gifted athlete, I'm going to see if I can build one. My focus is on metcons and stamina building as well as all the technical skills needed to up my game in the 2017 Open. This year is a benchmarking year for next year's move to the 50 year old class.

President of the high school marching band. Master's level competitor in Scottish Heavy Athletics (yeah, I throw that telephone pole - in a kilt).
