Attention deficit Crossfitter who likes to try new athletic pursuits all the time. When not doing Crossfit or busy with work, I dabble between soccer, rock climbing, running races, sprint-tri's, and various other outdoor activities. Most of these pursuits are accomplished alongside or with the support of my best friend/husband, Scott.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I just started training at IFA using their ID program about a month ago and I'm excited with where its going!

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I started doing CrossFit while deployed but did not formerly train until recently.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I juggle training with the military and my endeavors with crossfit. My job is my priority, obviously, but it can get frustrating when you try to balance it all with adequate recovery.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I've cycled between CrossFit and endurance sports the last few years. I just got back from a year of endurance focused training.
