I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Mostly Paleo with the occasional tequila or Guiness

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I travel for work 75% of the time so going to affiliate is hard, but when I can I love Gardens Crossfit and the coaches there!

I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I started crossfit to rehab from injury and fell in love, but it was not until I joined Gardens Crossfit that I started to see big results and enjoy the many benefit of the box.
