How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to eat 80-85% Paleo.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I try to workout at least 5 days a week. I'm usually only able to get to my affiliate 3x per week and I workout at home the other 2 days.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
