How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Just trying to eat healthy.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at Crossfit Katy, 4-5 times a week.
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
I enjoy playing football, soccer and basketball. I also enjoy mountain biking and anything else that will keep me moving.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started CrossFit the first Thursday of January, 2013 and man do I see a difference in strength, and endurance. It has been a little over a year since I began CrossFit, and even thou physically I have changed little (do to my diet) I have seen the difference in my conditioning and strength.
