I currentlly train out of Katy, TX. I have always been into working out, but CrossFit is something on its own level. Hopefully I can compete at Regionals pretty soon.
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Starting off the year, I am doing a Paleo/Zone Diet. I am trying to loose some weight to be more efficient in our excersizes. I try to eat healthy Monday to Friday, and one meal on Saturday and Sunday I might cheat.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I workout at Crossfit Katy, 4-5 times a week. I am also trying to incorporate power lifts into my routine, and also boot camp classes twice a week.
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
I enjoy playing football, soccer and basketball. I also enjoy mountain biking and anything else that will keep me moving.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started CrossFit the first Thursday of January, 2013 and man do I see a difference in strength, and endurance. It has been a little over a year since I began CrossFit, and even thou physically I have changed little (do to my diet) I have seen the difference in my conditioning and strength.
