How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Pretty much eat a ton of eggs, chicken, brown rice, brocolli, beef, and salads for about 6-7 meals a day. When I cheat I love Taco Bell, McDonald's, and my local pizza joint.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played professional sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Athlete all my life. Soccer, hockey, baseball, volleyball, swimming, bmx, skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding, you name it ive done it. Swam in college and after college got really into bodybuilding and became a pro. Got bored of my powerlifting workouts and now I mainly do crossfit and compete in recreational sports.
