Former Couch Potato turned CrossFitter, I am now an Affiliate Owner who believes in seeing what you have inside of you at any level! I compete because it brings out the best in me - in each of us. I do not believe competition is purely physical - I believe it is an opportunity to push beyond your own self-imposed limits. It helps you navigate life - going beyond your perceived limits causes transformation on the inside. I love cheering on my box members and seeing them through a Games WOD. Sometimes there are tears and other times there are cheers, but we all make it through as a community.
