How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm mostly Paleo, but it's nearly impossible for me to go strict Paleo. I will admit though, Paleo meals are some of the best around!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Workout 2-3 days a week at Crossfit East Decatur. I'll do some of the kettlebell classes my mom runs every once and a while.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
Baseball, swimming, occasional tennis. 1 triathlon a year.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Nothing but awesome.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
2-3 days a week, depending on what I can do availability wise.
