I got off the sofa at age 56 and started CrossFit in December 2011. Made the commitment to eat paleo in the spring of 2013. I received my CF Level 1 Trainer in January of 2013 and have been coaching part time since March 2013. I've dropped 30lbs and 6" off my waist size since beginning CrossFit. Love it!
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I work out exclusively at an unaffiliated gym, BlackSheep Sports Performance. I average about 4 WODs/week.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I've played just about every sport there is at a recreational level (except Lacrosse, LOL). Love the outdoors, hiking, skiing, etc.
