Over four years ago, a good friend of mine introduced me to CrossFit with a WOD called "Fight Gone Bad." Since that time, I have been pursuing a higher understanding of exercise science and all things CrossFit. I graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Kinesiology this past August after being married to my beautiful wife Krystin. In September of last year, we opened our affiliate, CrossFit Perrysburg, located in Perrysburg, OH. Prior to opening my own gym, I was the head coach at one of the most awesome facilities in the U.S. CrossFit Champaign-Urbana.
