How I Eat

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I have been bulking and failing miserably for a solid 7 years

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Mainly isolation exercises for my biceps. It has helped add 5 pounds to my deadlift in only 3 short years.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

Key member of the Year 8 Division 2 ping pong championship team in 2003. Our coach shouted us Mc Flurrys for our troubles.
