Bio

Highschool and College athlete. Continue to play Rugby for a competitive level mens league. Recent member of of my department SWAT team, trying to stay at the top of physical and mental game. While trying to balance work and life, Crossfit allows for health and fitness as well as feeding my competitive spirt.

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat whatever is convenient

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

With graveyard shift work its difficult to eat clean. I try and bring a healthy snack and lunch most days, but with lack of sleep and 12 hour night shifts, I tend to choose easy poor, food choices more often than not.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

Since discovering Crossfit it is all I do to train.

Football, Wrestling in High School. Rugby and Crossfit from here on out.
