I train other people
I've been crossfitting for close to 6 years now. Unfortunately this is the first year where I can't say that I'm fitter than I was last year. Some sporadic training due to a back injury last year has left me with a lot of work to do this year to get back to the level I was at previously. Bring it on though!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
My current training program is mainly rehab based.

7 years, last year was mainly rehab work though
