How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat healthy, small portions, and around 6 meals a day.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I did cross country and wrestling but excelled in Track and Field in high school. Went onto college and did the hurldes and decathlon. I also did powerlifting a couple years ago and still hold some masters state records with the deadlift as my specialty with a 562# lift in the USAPL. Went onto Bodybuilding in 2011 in the NPC being successful at the Regional levels in the Open and Masters divisions. Went up to the national level last July for my IFBB pro card in Vegas and fell short but loved the journey! It also set the tone for a change in how I train. That new training is Crossfit!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Began my Crossfit career 4 months ago and just competed in my first competion, the Cretus ex Duellum, at Lynnwood Crossfit a little over a week ago. That has set the tone for my first Open! I love how Crossfit has it all from OLY lifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, and everything else you can imagine!
