Crossfit has been a 'game changer' for me personally and professionally. I walked into my first Crossfit Box [Crossfit Relentless, Hartford, CT] in December 2010. It had been many years since I had done any real athletic training. It's been an never ending ride to progressively better health and fitness ever since. My work has me 'on-the-road' constantly. So, my training is performed through a combination of boxes. At home, my affiliate is CrossFit LoDo, Denver, CO. I also train with Crossfit Timoro, Jonesville, MI. In 2011, I participated in my Crossfit Level 1 Trainer course at Crossfit Roots, in Boulder, CO, taught by many Crossfit Iconic athletes. I am very fortunate for the experience. I also try to pop into and visit boxes across the country any chance I can to get other great ideas on how best to train. My objective is to help others in the 'Masters' age groups to embrace Crossfit as an all-encompassing way to stay fit - regardless of age.
