I have played sports for most of my youth and began weight training for bodybuilding after high school. I really got bored with the whole curling, chest and bis type of routine. So i start doing other types of workouts to change it up. A friend of mine told me about Crossfit in mid 2012. At first i still want to lift heavy and pretty much still had that bodybuilding state of mind. But after doing fran and having a time of 8:36 and felt like i was going to die... I fell in love. The rest is history.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I do eat really good only having three cheats a week.
